Fountain Square Acquisition

Our Fountain Square property is 97,155 square feet of fully leased space acquired in 2018. We are currently adding a cafe to the property. It is in close proximity to Flex Space and just one mile from the Eisenhower Property. This consists of a four-story office building right off the Veteran's Expressway near the Tampa International Airport.
