We acquired Flex Space in May of 2018. This property is a 64,742 square foot property that is fully leased with a warehouse with retail space in the front with three buildings total in one plaza. It is conveniently located near the Eisenhower property and right off of Veteran's Expressway next to the Tampa International Airport.
