Eisenhower Property Acquisition

The Balogh Company acquired the Eisenhower on May 9, 2023. It is an office building in Tampa located right off of Veteran's expressway. We had it fully leased in less than 9 months with renovations to the common areas completed in that timeline as well. We purchased the 96,708 square foot class B building property for $14.25 million. We own two other properties in the area, conveniently located next to the Tampa International Airport.
