BFP2 Hallandale Property Sale

The Balogh Company sold the BFP2 Hallandale property on April 7, 2023. It was a small strip center and two outparcels located at 615, 701, 707, and 715 East Hallandale Beach Blvd. The property sold for $8.5 million to Flanigan's after being purchased for $355,200 in 2012. Tenants at the location were Firehouse Subs, Organic Daisy Nail Salon, and Verizon.
